$300,000

*** THIS LISTING IS FOR THE EMPTY LOTS ONLY...*** Absolutely phenomenal gated subdivision with 29 lots (only 2 left) by John and Joseph Elliott (Elliott Custom Homes) near the Historic Marietta Square and Kennesaw Mountain National Park. Homes feed into award-winning West Side Elementary School. Gorgeous park in the middle of the neighborhood featuring a dog park and a gathering place for residents. Come build your dream home or choose from one of our already-designed plans. All homes will be designed by Roger Caldwell at Caldwell-Cline Architects and built by the Elliotts. High end finishes throughout. We have 2 lots left and they are #6 and #19. There are also a few resale lots available (Lots 28 and 29). The neighborhood will be gated and will feature centralized landscape maintenance (meaning 1 company will do everyone's yard at once). All lots will hold either slab or crawlspace (meaning no basement lots left). Buyers may design a custom home with Caldwell-Cline, or we have had them design 4 house plans that fit on these lots. Several buyers have purchased 2 lots and merged them together for a larger lot, and that is a possibility if you'd like to discuss it. This price is for the lot only.
